“The secret to modelling is not being perfect. What one needs is a face that people can identify in a second.”
– Karl Lagerfeld
I believe that to be a model, it takes more than just a pretty face. I think that modelling is an expressive art form and tells a statement without words. I like to believe that I have fashion and style engraved into my heart.
Our choices – whether it be our art, clothing, friends or technology – communicate our sense of style. There are deep-rooted thoughts and conceptions people have when they experience or interact with your brand. Your choices say something about you, just as it says something about your business. Make it say something good.
My dream is to develop d’Larté Designs into a fully functioning machine. I’d love to have my claws in a few different aspects of design and potentially explore fashion as another creative outlet. I want to encourage the ideas of self-love and self-acceptance in others, and continue to push the boundaries of androgyny.
